The first thing I will show you is how pre-approval of your loan can save you thousands of dollars and many headaches. This is one of the best kept secrets in the real estate industry and I will show you how to use it to save thousands on your home purchase. 

Next, you will find the four ways that people go about buying a home and which one stands out above the other three. You will learn how to see every home on the market. Not just the ones that I want you to see.

            Did you know that most real estate agents are taught to choose the homes that you are to look at? What they do is show you 4-8 of these homes and then try to convince you to buy one of them. The interesting part is how they choose the homes to show you. My HomeFinder service reveals exactly how they do this. A small hint is that it often has to do with how much commission they will make and what company has the listing. Many agents are paid more to sell their own companies listings and this causes them to try to push you to buy their companies own listings.
