“From the first time we contacted Pat about selling our house and buying another house or property, he immediately became interested in our venture and started doing everything he could to assist us.  Pat had us come in and have a face-to-face sit down with him to discuss our situation so that he could get a full grasp on exactly what our goals were.  We met with Pat and he showed us that day that he wanted to work with us and was actually interested in all aspects of what we were looking to do.

Pat came to our house and took pictures and got familiar with our house.  While there, Pat gave us many tips on things to do around the house to help get it sold faster.  The house went up on the market within a week of the meeting, showing us that Pat was serious about helping us reach our goals.  The way Pat showed our house in the magazine ads and internet ads, we had people interested and wanting showings within less than a week. 

The first five people that came to look at our house decided to put in purchase agreements.  Pat got us a copy of each and every one and let us decide what we were going to do with them.  When we didn’t fully understand some of the aspects of a purchase agreement, all we had to do was call Pat and he would patiently explain every aspect of it until we were comfortable with what we were seeing.  When we needed advice on any of them, Pat was no more than a phone call away.

While our house was up for sale, we were still looking to buy another or purchase property to build on later.  At no time did Pat ever try to force us to “make up our minds” and decide on a house or property, he just helped us look for both.  All it took to get the MLS listings on houses and properties was a phone call and Pat emailed them right away.  We never waited for anything throughout the entire process.  Pat allowed us to drive by the houses we were interested in first and get a feeling for it and never tried to “push” a showing on us.  We felt like we were completely in control of what we looked for and when we looked for it.

We found a house that we liked and wanted a showing.  Due to our busy schedules, we were only able to go to showings at certain times on certain days.  For one showing, there was a scheduling conflict and that was going to be the only day and time we would be able to check it out within that week.  Instead of putting us off and making us wait another week, Pat had one of his agents meet us at the house and show it to us.  At no time during the purchase process were we pressured into looking at or buying anything, it was our decision when and where.  We found our house and decided to purchase it.

Pat put in a purchase agreement with exactly our terms that we wanted and gave us advice on the things we weren’t sure of.  Pat’s experience really showed through and shined during the entire process.  We wound up buying that house and could not be happier.

We feel like our house sold as fast as it did and for what we were asking because of Pat’s experience and guidance.  His constant professionalism got us to our goals faster than we dreamed was even possible.  The process could not have gone any smoother and there was absolutely “NO SURPRISES”.  Pat completely broke the mold on our preconceived notions on how REALTORS operated prior to sitting down with him.  We would and have referred our closest friends and family members to Pat if they were in need of realtor services.  We feel like we have gained more than a house out of this deal, we feel like we’ve gained a lifelong realtor and more importantly, a friend.”
